Kerri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music (Voice) and Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. Before opening her private studio, she taught in bilingual education classrooms—experiences that shaped her unique, highly effective teaching style. Her own four sons became her first piano students, deepening her understanding of how children truly learn, thrive, and succeed through music.

For piano students, she blends music reading, theory, chords, and lead sheets so students can quickly play the music they love—from pop, jazz, and contemporary to gospel and classical.
